Originally posted by Arachnid1Though wasn't the third Jeepers movie supposed to take place before the second one? It's a little off because in JC2, facts are The Creeper had nowhere near the insane feats as he did in the third film. Plus in the third film, he was "Dressed" wearing a bright red shirt.
There's also that insane beat down he got in the dreamworld from Freddy which left him no worse off. It looked like something out of a toon. That said, everything Kings posted for Creeper is pretty wild.
Jason has some comparable stuff in this respect thread if anyone wants to look through. He even has comparable skill feels of accuracy.
https://comicvine.gamespot.com/forums/gen-discussion-1/jason-voorhees-friday-the-13th-respect-thread-2002353/The main things listed in Kings post that I've never really seen Jason top is the wheeled gas tank being flipped a couple dozen feet, the vulcan cannon feat from the third movie (though I think Jason could handle this since he's lost a solid half his torso and healed back in moments), and the blocking the shotgun with his axe after it was fired feat (though with the speed at which he moved and the camera cut, you may be able to argue aim blocking; regardless, Jason isn't really known for lightning fast reflexes so aim blocking or not, Creeper has the speed edge).
Another thing to note is how inconsistent the Creeper is. We say him get taken out in the first movie by a teen repeatedly running him over, after failing to dodge the car that had around 50 feet to accelerate. Still, we go by the most current version, and the third movie is what gave him his craziest feats that talked about above. The Creeper in the first two movies would comfortably lose to Jason IMO. The third movie was just on another level. Things got kind of cartoony. The main deciding factor here is if Creeper could get past Jasons damage soak combined with his ridiculous healing factor before Jason does enough damage to put him down (since he can't really heal, Jason just needs to get past his damage soak). Even Freddy in the dream world failed here.
Plus, in that scene where the Creeper got hit by the semi in JC3, he was down and out for a solid 40+ seconds (not to mention he lost a limb). Same with that vulcan canon scene. Every time he takes some serious amount of damage, it seems to put him out of commission for a solid amount of time, and Jason could definitely do some serious damage.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ACyUVpJiXe0I'm not confident in saying Jason wins against Creeper V3, but Creeper would definitely have to work for the win.
