I don't understand the situation at all but it seems like it would be pretty easy to prove that. Cite a post or PM where he attacked you and say, "Yo, b*tch, this is the one where you attacked me, first so I just responded in kind."

What is the exact date of that nefarious PM? We can use Google search to find all posts by you and him on that day to see what he said or you said to set you off to send the PM.

What's the date he sent the "crazy person" PM?
I can look up all posts you made the days around that PM and see if there's a particular post you made at him or about him that caused the nasty-gram.
