What is wrong with you? Surfer is in constant phase, you DO REALIZE that right? He doesn't just think to phase. He's ALREADY like that. Anybody who read the story knows He's STUCK in phase, Not even a continuum tear could touch him. his normal state is intangible currently. He also shoots blasts:

since his silver shell has been damaged/ burned off since Silver Surfer Black he’s intangible and it’s OBVIOUSLY involuntary. He doesn’t think about it, he is it. You asked if he could still use blasts and that’s already been stamped. Go read Silver Surfer Black, Annihilation Scourge and current Avengers and stop spreading nonsense

Current Surfer is intangible and immune to most forms of attacks. Some spells can hurt him though. Magical artifacts like Ghost Riders chains have zero effect on him.

👍 We've seen n Surfer using his power and not showing any fatigue or being weakened. its safe to say he can use his full power in a state that he's constantly at, And H1 is a complete clown
