Why does any of that matter? In his new form, he survived Knull. A bi-product of Knull (Gorr), slew the majority of deities in the multiverse, and imprisoned the survivors. The Probes wouldn't even be able to hit the Surfer in his current form while he literally has the power to enter their bodies as if he was a bad burito, and phuck up their whole world. The Surfer wins ugly here.

I'm getting the same kinda vibes from you as Superman vs Thor without powers, so I have a feeling you're overhyping it like you'll become a trillionaire if you strap-on ride Surfer better than anybody else. So that's why it matters.

Surfer didn't fight Knull in his current form and Gorr's feats are not transferred to Knull.

2. Assuming he does, Proof that their insides is vulnerable enough for Surfer to harm. The aegis armor is just as durable inside as out.

He didn't change at all, He only "died, He OUTRIGHT explains it in Annihilation Source Silver Surfer, his powers and etc is STILL the same. EVERYTHING about him is still the same. NOTHING shows he isn't that powerful, period.
