Main thing is that she wasn’t at full strength and you think she is weaker than her children’s creation. Barbatos is nowhere near her but he destroys universes easily. Out of hundred of her showings you’re sticking to that on when she wasn’t even at full strenght. Still you don’t need that much power to defeat BW. One strike from WF and bw dies. Wf doesn’t even have to connect, he just destroys that reality and BW with it.
She flat out states that she is able to create and destroy as she did before. Clearly she has gained enough of her power to function fully.
The way the IG functions has been detailed over and over as something akin to all or nothing (though not completely nothing).
