Technically, its fine to just stand around and protest. Not sure if the members who breached the capital are considered accessories or not (Isn't that guilt by association? What if someone walked in off the street, saw the mob, and wanted to see what it was about?)

It is estimated that roughly 800 people entered the capitol on January 6th. Busting 58% of them in the first 100 days is not bad. At this rate, they will all be rounded up before the 4th of July.

Ah, I thought there were also going after the insurgents who didn't enter the capital, but assisted those who did, attacked police and/or caused mayhem in some fashion as well.
