IIRC, the predictions were more that the "Leftist" would start mass scale riots and then the Right would rise up to take them down, eventually leading to Civil War 2.0. eg what happened with Kyle Rittenhouse murdering people, was supposed to be a precursor to CW2.

Instead Rittenhouse is likely going to prison and we got a few thousand of these anti-American Rightist loons attacking the capital on behalf of Trump and spurned on by Trump and Co, to overturn an election.

I think the only persons that knew what Trump was going to do that day was Trump and his inner circle. His kids, inlaws and a few close associates like Giuliani.

Do you have proof that the FBI and CIA (though domestic terrorism is not their job so much) knew there would be an attack that day, let alone an attack of that large scale?

There was also the issue that some police officers were Trumpers and sympathetic to the insurgent mob, who either actively helped them or stood by and did nothing.

Many have been arrested, many more yet will be arrested.

I also do not see this as the "terrorism" many are claiming. Did they charge in with guns? Did they en masse murder people?

Charlie Hebdo is what real terrorism looks like. That did not happen at the capital.
