I think the vast majority of Trumpers are all talk on the Internet. A few may turn up, most like Methnro will be playing call of duty giant vibrating butt plug inserted.

laughcry

The FBI has warned of a lot of online chatter claiming there would be a large scale attack, also targeting of public officials, Jewish institutions and "Liberal Churches" tomorrow. It's likely mostly just online badassery from these cowards, but it only takes one unhinged Trumper to kill somebody.

Re: Trump Defends Rioters as "Persecuted So Unfairly"

Donald Trump expressed his support for individuals charged over January 6th, two days before a planned "Justice for J6" rally at the Capitol. Hundreds of people, per the DOJ, have been arrested in connection with the riots at the Capitol. A mob of Trump supporters stormed the Capitol after the then-president repeatedly stirred up the big lie about the 2020 election results.

Trump has continued to push these baseless claims, and on Thursday he sent out a statement saying the people arrested are "being persecuted so unfairly."

"Our hearts and minds are with the people being persecuted so unfairly relating to the January 6th protest," he said. "In addition to everything else, it has proven conclusively that we are a two-tiered system of justice. In the end, however, JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL," he added.

Trump's trying to win them back after he incited them to attack, then threw them under the bus when it was convenient. TBF, they will fall for his con again., they always do.

Oh Lordy!

Of course they know the "rigged election" claims were bullshit from the very start, they all knew, even Trump knows he just lost because he was a really bad POTUS. They do it to divide and make money.

Yup

Trump campaign knew within weeks that election fraud claims were baseless - report
Newly released court documents show that Donald Trump’s 2020 presidential campaign knew within weeks of the election that accusations against Dominion Voting Systems were false.

The New York Times reports:

Two weeks after the 2020 election, a team of lawyers closely allied with Donald J. Trump held a widely watched news conference at the Republican Party’s headquarters in Washington. At the event, they laid out a bizarre conspiracy theory claiming that a voting machine company had worked with an election software firm, the financier George Soros and Venezuela to steal the presidential contest from Mr. Trump.

But there was a problem for the Trump team, according to court documents released on Monday evening.

By the time the news conference occurred on Nov. 19, Mr. Trump’s campaign had already prepared an internal memo on many of the outlandish claims about the company, Dominion Voting Systems, and the separate software company, Smartmatic. The memo had determined that those allegations were untrue.

Trump has continued to pedal lies about fraud in the 2020 election up until now, almost a year after ballots were cast.

The former president has also extended those baseless claims to more recent elections, claiming they were also tainted by widespread fraud. Trump has, of course, presented absolutely no evidence to support those outlandish allegations.

House Riot Panel to Subpoena Top Trump Aides

The House select committee investigating the January 6th attack on the Capitol has instructed telecom and social media companies last week to preserve records of Donald Trump's White House chief of staff Mark Meadows.

The move positions the select committee on the doorstep of the Oval Office as it pursues a far-reaching inquiry into whether Trump and his White House helped plan or had advance knowledge of the insurrection perpetrated by Trumps supporters.

The previously unreported inclusion of Meadows on the list of people whose records the select committee wants preserved suggests the panel will seek more information on the most senior aide in the Trump administration and could upturn every inch of the West Wing in its inquiry.

The House select committee investigating the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol is considering issuing a blitz of subpoenas for top Trump White House aides including the former chief and deputy chief of staffr.

House select committee investigators are considering subpoenas for call detail records or testimony of key aides, including former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, deputy chief of staff Dan Scavino, and former Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale.

And then Adam says “hey yeah yeah what’s going on?”

Two close allies of Donald Trump—former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows and former Pentagon aide Kash Patel—are "engaging with" the January 6th select committee on its subpoena, the panel's top two lawmakers said Friday. Panel chair Representative Bennie Thompson and vice chair Representative Liz Cheney confirmed in a statement that the two Trump associates had been in touch with the panel.

Thompson and Cheney also threatened criminal contempt for Steve Bannon, who had informed the committee he would not cooperate with their inquiry. "Though the Select Committee welcomes good-faith engagement with witnesses seeking to cooperate with our investigation, we will not allow any witness to defy a lawful subpoena or attempt to run out the clock, and we will swiftly consider advancing a criminal contempt of Congress referral," Thompson and Cheney said.

Trump Loses Another Riot Docs Executive Privilege Plea

The House select committee investigating the January 6th attack at the U.S. Capitol demanded records Wednesday of communications related to the assault among federal officials and a host of Trump staffers and allies, including some family members.

In letters to eight federal agencies, including the Justice and Defense departments, the FBI and the National Counterterrorism Center, Representative Bennie Thompson, the chairman of the bipartisan committee, requested a trove of specific communications.

In response, Trump issued a written statement denouncing a "leftist" congressional committee engaged in a "partisan sham," which he intends to contest by way of "executive privilege," which was already denied by the U.S. Supreme Court.

The latest document requests to the National Archives include practically everything that happened the day of the pro-Trump riot"

Planning by the White House and others for legal or other strategies to delay, halt, or otherwise impede the electoral count

Any documents and communications relating to instructions to stop or delay preparation for the transition of administrations

Communications discussing the recognition of Joseph Biden as the winner of the 2020 Presidential election

All documents and communications concerning the potential invocation of the Insurrection Act

From November 3, 2020, through January 20, 2021, all documents and communications related to martial law

All documents and communications concerning the use of Federal law enforcement or military personnel during voting in the 2020 Presidential election.
The White House once again said it would not support Donald Trump's assertion of executive privilege over a tranche of records related to the January 6th insurrection, and ordered the National Archives to turn over documents to congressional investigators within 30 days.

President Joe Biden concluded that Trump's efforts to shield the documents was "not in the best interests of the United States," White House counsel Dana Remus said in an October 8th letter to the National Archives. "Accordingly, President Biden does not uphold the former president's assertion of privilege."

The letter is the second from the White House ordering the release of documents from the Trump White House, after the former president wrote asking that they be shielded.

From the House Select Committee investigating January 6th:

"Mr. Bannon has declined to cooperate with the Select Committee and is instead hiding behind Trump's insufficient, blanket, and vague statements regarding privileges he has purported to invoke. We reject his position entirely.

The Select Committee will not tolerate defiance of our subpoenas, so we must move forward with proceedings to refer Mr. Bannon for criminal contempt. I've notified the Select Committee that we will convene for a business meeting Tuesday evening to vote on adopting a contempt report.

The Select Committee will use every tool at its disposal to get the information it seeks, and witnesses who try to stonewall the Select Committee will not succeed. All witnesses are required to provide the information they possess so the Committee can get to the facts.

We're grateful to the many individuals who are voluntarily participating and to witnesses who are complying with subpoenas, including several who met the deadline to begin producing materials to the Select Committee.

We're moving ahead quickly to get answers for the American people about what happened on January 6th and help secure the future of American democracy.

Any person who willfully refuses to provide testimony or documents subpoenaed by Congress, including committees of the House, is potentially liable for contempt of Congress under 2 U.S.C. §§ 192, 194. Contempt of Congress is a crime that may result in a fine and between one and twelve months imprisonment."

Capitol Cop Arrested For Helping Rioter Hide Evidence

A U.S. Capitol Police officer has been indicted on obstruction of justice charges after prosecutors say he helped to hide evidence of a rioter's involvement in the January 6th insurrection. The officer, Michael A. Riley, is accused of tipping off someone who participated in the riot by telling them to remove posts from Facebook that had showed the person inside the Capitol during the January 6th attack, according to court documents.

Riley, who responded to a report of a pipe bomb on January 6th and has been a Capitol Police officer for about 25 years, had sent the person a message telling them that he was an officer with the police force who "agrees with your political stance," an indictment against him says. The indictment spells out how Riley sent dozens of messages to the unidentified person, encouraging them to remove incriminating photos and videos and telling them how the FBI was investigating to identify rioters.

The House of Representatives voted Thursday to hold Steve Bannon in criminal contempt of Congress, recommending that he be prosecuted by the Justice Department for refusing to comply with a subpoena from the committee investigating the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol. The committee issued subpoenas to Bannon and several other former advisers of Donald Trump in September, seeking their testimony and records concerning the act of insurrection.

The letter sent to Bannon said that the committee has reason to believe Bannon has documents that are pertinent to its investigation, citing communications that Bannon had with Trump a week prior to the attack. Bannon refused to obey the subpoena for a deposition scheduled for October 14th, with his lawyer citing Trump's lawsuit to block the subpoenas, which invoked executive privilege.

Enjoy jail, ****er.

👆 Take that Bannon, you disgusting pos.

Excellent news 👆

Now lets see if Bannon sticks to his beliefs and goes to jail over his beliefs or does a 180* and cooperates now that he's another step closer to prison.

I have a feeling Trump is going to continue to advise Bannon to ignore the subpoenas, falsely claiming he's protected.

January 6th, 2021-- the darkest, most tragic day in US history.. 😂

...at least if you are a snowflake like AOC, Robtard, and 90% of other leftists it is. 😉

They almost murdered AOC, that's the real tragedy here.
