2) how did he get erased the when he’s flying about. You can’t get rid of Superman, even if you make changes to the timeline. Ultiversa resets and Superman comes into being. Your scan is a perfect example of this. No matter how many times made changes to the time Superman was there. As in not erased.

The problem with with that logic is that in the DC Universe, Superman is essential. So yes, in the DCU Superman reigns supreme, but in the Marvel U the Gems would work fine on him. It just depends on which Universe this takes place in. Logically speaking, there is no reason that a powerful time traveller couldn't go back in history and destroy Krypton a few thousand years before Superman was ever born.
So, yes he would get erased, effortlessly, easily.
