the most perfect Gambit

hmm, i no alota ppl dissagree, but i still think colin i'd make a kickass gambit, hed hafta lighten his hair tho...

Well he did do the Dare Devil movie i think hed consider doing the Xmen since it is very popular. Hes certainly not my first pic for gambit however but i choose him over alot of the other people who have been rumored to be gambit

DareDevil was the 1st movie, where he played a major part.
The X-men will be the 3rd, thou Gambit is very famous, doubt it will have a very important part on X3.

Daredevil wasn't Colin Farrel's first major part. He had major parts in Minority Report and The Recruit and was the star in Phone Booth & Hart's War, all before Daredevil was released.

As for him playing Gambit, I think he'd be alright. Might be a little to old to be opposite Anna Paquin and still keep the love between Gambit & Rogue, but it could work. He is only 6 years older.

yeah i think if they want to make a relationship between gambit and rogue they need to find a younger actor because it will be a very weird relationship if its between an older gambit and the younger rogue that is portrayed in the movies

could colin pull off a french accent successfully?

well hes has a very strong irish accent and he pulls off an american accent very well. but i dont think gambit has a french accent its a southern accent much like rogues but he speaks french.

its a v new orleans accent, which is basically trashy french

Don't think of it as trashy, just think of it as French's slang. I would like to see a no-name play Gambit personally. But Colin would make an okay Gambit, if he didn't look to old for Anna

well he's not that old and he does look a bit young.
As for the accent in the cartoons all I noticed was a few words in french the rest was english.

as for gambits accent he comes from a french background but he has a cajun accent which ever one in new orleans and lousianna have,french or not, but being french he adds in words here and there but thats the only time he has a french accent
