i thought it was comon knowladge that he acted in, atleast 1, soap opera in America and did Les Misarables (sp) on broadway. But he didn't start as an actor. He sang in a boy band when he was a kid.

OK... Ricky Martin started his career in a boy band like Backstreet Boys called "Menudo".... and yes he acted like in two or three soap operas here in Mexico... and yes, you're right he sings better than he acts..... but he's a very good looking guy
