Klaw is trying hard. Very hard.

The reason the Right is against this, is because it could help regular people and they don't want that "win" to happen under a Democrat watch.

I'm not against Covid relief.

The amount should me much higher.

I missed this. 1.9T is 1,900,000,000,000
Divided by 300M or 300,000,000 is 6,333,333.33333333

You were off by a factor of a thousand 😂

Republicans were not thinking about the national debt when they voted for a $1.9T tax cut for the wealthy, or when Trump raised the national debt $7.8T.

No, they spend when in office, and pretend to care about the debt they rang up when out of office.

Agreed, at least 3X what has been dispersed in the past, this latest round as well. $1400 check barely covers rent in America these days.

Like I said, it's bread crumbs.

The 1.9tril relief isn't just the personal checks, it's a lot more.

The personal checks are not enough though that is true, they weren't enough when it was $600 and it's not enough at the $1,400 now. It is a shame that people like Broly, Surt, SilentMaster and Ethneo are getting them though. But you take the good with the bad.

*cheque

It's spelled cheque. Not check.

Check is typically how it is spelled in American English.

Nah, you dumb limeys are the ones who mispell them. Don't care if the language originally came from England, british english sucks lol.

So does the metric system.

Oh, and Fahrenheit >>> celsius too. 😉

Fahrenheit may be better than Celsius. But for distances, the metric system is way better than the English system.

Nah. Metric system sucks ass. I hate that shit.

Well it certainly wouldnt happen under the Republicans. Theyve made that crystal clear.

Fahrenheit was created as a means of having blood temperature at around 100 degrees and salt water to freeze at around 0 degrees and they couldn't even get them right.

Celsius has water to freeze at 0 and to boil at 100 and it's mathematically calculable when it comes to conversion into pascals (air pressure) or jewels (kinetic energy)

Kelvin is even more accurate, but it uses the same scale as celsius, only about 200 degrees lower. Fahrenheit is bollocks.

Fahrenheit is nice because temps between 0 and 100 span most of the typical temperature range for weather. Of course, if you are using the metric system there is no reason to use Fahrenheit over Celsius. But if you aren't the main benefit of Celsius, the calculability, is worthless.

And Kelvin is terrible for everyday life.

Only weirdos use Celsius lol.

It is breadcrumbs, in Canada we got $2,000 a month if our income was affected due to Covid.

A one time payment of $1,400 is a slap in the face.
