I guess you have - in the same comic - Superman saying he can fly FTL? The whole point was to show how in the same comic, 2 issues apart, same writer, flipflopping. He's just aim dodging there, Invisible Woman has feats like that but you won't call her a light speeder.

That sort of thing happens when the user's mobile browser is infected with some minor malware.

It happened before on KMC.

But if someone were a genuine mobile phone expert (or even an average user with a functioning brain), he would easily avoid that.

as far as the aim dodging--like i said its fair enuff to see it as aim dodging i think. impossible to say he fired first there. but if he were really aim dodging he should have been more easily able to avoid it. i could see pietro seeing wizard moving in slow mo, having all day to avoid BEFORE it was fired and be long gone. that's probably asking for too much verisimilitude though. or maybe wizards just randomly firing but to get as close as he did, it would seem to suggest wizard has some enhanced speed at least.
