I suppose this is better than simply ignoring how Quicksilver's speed has increased sevenfold over the past several years.

Just my input, but I think that Quicksilver may be the fastest in Marvel these days after catching that object that traveled without friction back in the Avengers No Surrender story line. He ran fast enough to carry himself into other dimensions. That’s a Flash level feat.

I remembered him spending the comic chasing the thing around rooms and the world, which was still a seemingly incredible speed feat since it was moving faster than anyone else could perceive. I thought he couldn't catch it though, til he got a lil power boost.

I would imagine you only need to be faster than the guy who fires lasers in order to dodge them. Kind like aim dodging bullets

fair enuff I guess but aim dodging a laser and aim dodging bullets are orders of magnitude different. to be getting so close to hitting him is arguably a better reaction feat for wizard now that I think of it. lol

Loads of characters aim dodge lasers though, and we won't give them light speed reactions...
