Pat Cipollone (former WH counsel for Trump) is testifying today under oath (on camera), they've been trying to get him to do it for some time now. We'll hear what he said likely next week.
TheJan 6th committee will likely recommend legal action against multiple people soon, one of them could be Trump., it's up to the DOJ to do it though. It's highly likely they will, just don't know who will be charged.
If they do end up charging Trump, that's going to be a long time in further building that case to make it stick. Could be well into 2023 or 2024 🙂

If they're actually going to end up charging Trump and not just his cronies, they need to built an unassailable case; that takes time. He is a former President after all.
