Bannon was charged with fraud, using donor funds for personal use from the coffers of this "We Build The Wall" project in 2020, but Trump pardoned him. Trumpers are so dumb they gave money to this known charlatan.

The border wall was a project that started way before Trump. I remember it being proposed under Bush, but even then it was already in production. It probably started under Nixon or Reagan.
