Aquaman vs Superman underwater

I’ll concede on that point with the trench being greater. Nonetheless shared feat and there’s still the stopping a force that destroyed the biggest continent to have existed.

You’re aware a sextillion is 21 zeros right?

https://coolcosmos.ipac.caltech.edu/ask/61-How-much-does-Earth-weigh-and-how-is-this-measured-

Earth is greater in weight than 6 sextillion

Yes. And the weight if the earth is 6 × 10^21 short tons. 😁

(Cosmic is right, btw, on the mass of the Earth being 6 sextillion tons)

How dare you go onto the next page and bury my pertinent scan

Source for where you guys are getting the 6 sextillion from. Cause my source claims it weighs more.

Nasa.

And if Nasa are wrong....

(also, DC literally spell it out for you there lol).

As I said, I think you got carried away and mixed up kgs and tons. 1 ton = 1000 kg.

I hate metric tons! Who would go with 2200 lbs as opposed to the nice round 2000 lbs of the good ol imperial/short ton.

Superman is an American goddammit!

Yes but the scientist talking to him uses actual science 👆

You’re aware mass doesn’t equate to weight right?

And 5972 sextillion is greater than 6 sextillion.

I’m reading it like 5,972,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 for the mass of the Earth. That would still be in the octillion

5972 sextillion WHAT?

I’m starting to see where I was messing up with the numbers lol, but it would be octillion gram and probably sextillion in mass. Mass isn’t weight though. The formula for weight is mass x gravity. Gravity can be changed depending on position of the planet in the solar system, Galaxy. Mass would always stay the same because it’s how much space the object is taking up.

The moon. 75 "MILLION" tons. LOL.

Get your damn sources right.

I'll respond later

Ecstatic is Pr's son, be nice

In what world Aquaman stopping the trident is remotely close to Superman Benching the Earth's weight.

Abhi's war elephant would break Aquaman's trident like a toothpick.

Much like Slade did.

Lmao. This thread is win.

you admitted multiple times that you messed up so why are you continuing to overcomplicate things by measuring in grams.everyone is using tons, long Ron why bring in grams? What’s next volume, liters and ml?

I was literally about to post "ugh, another thread Superman gets dragged in to without needing to" then I looked at the title. Carry on.

Superman wins, though. Lowballing or not, Arthur just doesn't have the means to reliably put him down.

Quote when I fkin said that they were similar. You jump to conclusion or infer things on your own way too fkin much

Bad writing on Priest end, and helluva wank for Slade. Priest is typical to having characters job or downplaying them to overhype his pets. Poseidon’s trident put a whole through a Kryptonian God’s chest who only survived because he was draining life energy from the planet.

Atlan’s trident broke through a magical energy field that Cyborg couldn’t quantify the energy of and could only register it as unbreakable under the same writer but in Odyssey Cyborg was able to calculate energy of something he said was the equivalent of 5 hypernovas

Cause I have no issue admitting when I’m wrong. But Mass even though I messed up on the measurement of it isn’t the only factor of weight. The Earth doesn’t weigh 6 sextillion tons. Weight is the combination of Mass x Gravity.

That’s not true if he was fast enough or approached via a sneak attack. His trident would definitely put Superman down. Rao is an example of that.

There’s also his telepathy Pre-Crisis. Superman has been TP’d in the silver age by characters Aquaman has resisted so I don’t think it’s to far fetch. Even post-crisis there was the whole trans instance with the entire league that Aquaman was the only one who seem to resist.

Lastly there’s also prep which was shown by future borg Aquaman.

Tell me, how is Aquaman going to sneak up on Superman? Or be fast enough to do so?

Telepathy would be great, if Superman didn't have feat after feat after feat of resisting people above Arthur's level (which is, to be fair, a lot higher than most people give it credit for).

I mean, you can count the future possibilities if you want. I don't.

I'll offer one correction. If Aquaman did run him through with the trident, then yeah, that could really ruin Superman's day. But that's not as likely as the number of things Superman can do. So I'll change "means" to "likely opportunity".
