^ This is correct, she is not really "whistle-blowing" here. She's giving an opinion that US Schools are worse than North Korean schools. Calling her a whistleblower is a means to add legitimacy and validate her silly opinion. Though I personally don't believe she actually believes that, it's just a way to get her 15mins of fame and fortune.
Would anyone here seriously prefer to attend a NK college over an American one, if those were the only two options?
