Also, what i've meant is that when she's conjuring the ice around her, (that's most likely/possibly because) she's in the ice structure that she's making it rise after she steps her foot on the ground (so that doesn't seem to prove she could even conjure the ice in someone's body)!

Ugh dang, this is nearly getting a bit too one-sided & (so i guess/doubt) all Smaug possibly gotta do is surround himself with his own fire breath as fire melts ice.

I wonder if Smaug would end up just like this but just because she can conjure ice out of nowhere might not necessarily mean she could conjure it right (directly) from inside the opponent's body from a distance (far) without being near or even touching!

Now this looks like it seems that Elsa's tier at here seems to exceed way above (this version of) Smaug's abilities.
