So, the one example you had of Firelord absorbing energy, he had help from Johnny Storm, it was heat energy (not EM lmao) AND it required Supernova to be expelling it for them to absorb (so not against his will or anything, Supernova was literally throwing his energy at them) 😂 😂 😂

The Spidey vs firelord fight was PIS due to Spidey hurting Firelord.
But not due to Spidey being quicker than firelord.

Even in the absence of that showing Firelord has no contradictory combat speed showings. He still would be far slower than Superman here.
