In fairness, it's probably because truth and justice don't have much in common with the American way nowadays. If they wanted to keep the last part they have to change the first two to "Lies" and "Corruption" or something similar.

and since then superman has become a hero whose presence is felt across the entire dc universe. so i don't mind them revamping his slogan to something broader..but like some others have said, this new one just doesn't roll off the tongue.

as for the "new superman is bi" thing, it certainly wont sell more issues so i don't see the point of it? just comes off as a weak attempt to appease woke culture.

That's nice. My opinion hasn't changed in the slighest though.

When it comes to superheroes you just don't get more American than Superman... except maybe Captain America. Don't like him nearly as much though.
