Batman is stronger and has a protective suit.

Even if you argue that she is a little bit more skilled then the suit is still too much of an advantage for her to overcome.

Why would he be in his suit if it's a h2h fight only? There's no point in using equipment like a protective suit in a h2h fight. We might as well give Widow her tazers/Widow Bites if Bruce gets to use his bulletproof, padded, armored, kevlar woven suit.

And Batman being stronger means nothing when he's never actually fought or hurt anyone above normal humans without help(like Kryptonite and a power suit to fight Clark). Widow on the other hand has fought multiple superhuman opponents and did very well for a human. And her durability is through the roof. Bruce can't put out enough force to truly hurt her considering all the trauma she's tanked and then gotten right back up from.

You're forgetting a rather important part of h1's argument. Batman is DC and Black Widow is Marvel.

Standard gear is the rule (even in h2h). Just look at all the black panther h2h threads. Stop being silly. You been here far to long and know better.

The suit actually hinders his agility, BW outclasses him by far in that attribute.

The problem is that she could only affect him with face shots. Where he can affect her in more than 1 part of the body. That's a huge advantage.
