Okay, I've looked at this from every angle. Biden's going full neo-liberal here and could alienate his voter base.

It should be noted that it would be 450K per person. Meaning a family of five would get a payment of over 2.2 million dollars... It's an exorbitant amount of money. With that said, I'm not familiar enough with the law so it's very possible that it would be far higher if it went to court.
