Out of curiosity, did you weigh in because someone reported me?
I'm trying to take my mind off the fact my right arm where I got the booster feels sore, and I may not be able to bowl tomorrow, so just curious. 🙂

My booster shot wrecked my arm much worse than the previous 2. Couldn't lean on that side sleeping for a few days. Missed working out this week as well. But I think it's fine now. No excuse to miss gym next week.

Yeah, that's why I picked my right arm. I'm an either side sleeper, but my tmj has been acting up on the right side of my jaw, so I've been trying to sleep on my left side to avoid having my arm dig into it.
Which shot did you get? Went all in on Pfzer, just like my initial shots. A friend got the Moderna booster and it wrecked him, but still came into work.

Got my booster yesterday, some soreness around the injection site, but nothing that can't be ignored. Do feel tired and rundown though. So not as good as the first shot, but better than the second.
All Pfizer.
Good to hear. 👆
Match's my experience with the first two shots.
I just wish this one guy would stop doing a Nelson Muntz like taunt of how all P people gonna be sterile, that was disproven and it never applied to men anyways.

Got Pfizer but my first two were AZ.
I've swapped arms for each jab. Wasn't gonna get it done twice in a row on the same spot!

Probably too late now, but in my experience, the best way to mitigate soreness after a shot (especially in the shoulder/arm), is to exercise that area a few times after the shot.
I pushed myself off against the wall and did pushups to flex and stimulate the muscle that was injected. You'll feel some soreness, but it lessons the overall length of stiffness. Being sedate with that arm is the worst thing imo.

That sounds a bit risky. Dont see the harm in just not working out for a week.
Bigger issue is ive been too on and off lately. And no where close to as lean and strong as I was this time last year.

I was doing a lot of physical work that evening, and suddenly felt the walls spinning. Think I nearly fainted.
