While there were anti-vax mouth frothers before Covid and that included the Flu vax, they were a very small minority. The anti-vax movement here got super--duper-charged after the Right politicized a pandemic and made "vaccines" a dirty word.

You had people who had taken vaccine after vaccine, including the yearly Flu shot here magically turn anti-vax.

I guess because Covid effects everyone? That said I dont think people should be shamed for not getting jabbed. My brother has not been jabbed, but he never had an issue with restrictions or masks.

Issue is more with anti-vaxxers who just make stuff up, and spread conspiracies which then puts people off Covid vaccines and becomes worldwide health issue.
