depends a lot on what you think of terrax's biology and of course the bf. on the whole i'd say terrax is more powerful but it's really hard to say who'd win. in a ring there's no earth to work with. but there would be water in the air. a fight on a beach would be interesting. terrax has no need to breathe though, and who knows if his body needs/uses water. that was a rambling mess lol i'd go with terrax i think, but could be convinced otherwise. intriguing match. 👆
I agree with Leonidas my only difference in stance would be that. I’d assume Terrax is composed of water he needs in his body unless shown otherwise and I think Mera would abuse that power against someone physically more powerful than her. She’s been shown to take hits and trade blows with a Black Lantern Wonder Woman so I don’t think it would take her long to realize she’s outmatched in physicals.
With the power cosmic, she may not be able to even hurt him. Living out in space may seem trivial, but the idea behind the heralds having the ability to not only survive in the harshest atmospheres, travel through black holes and othe crazy shit has me nearly convinced that Mera would be over her head here.

yeah that was sort of my original thought too but then we've seen her hurt and take down some herald-levelers in the past so i'm not sure it's that easy.

I like it because of the Earth vs Water element, and also because Mera is close-ish with Wonder Woman physically, so I don't believe she'd be at a disadvantage if it comes to physical combat. The axe is a great weapon to make it lean towards Terrax, but I think Mera's finess with water control balances it out. Depending on the battlefield [I always think a random city park, lol] she can also encase both of them in water where she'd have the advantage, but Terrax can also do so with Earth.
lol yeah i think the bf could tip things here. i don't believe terrax needs to breathe but with enough water she could do massive damage--maybe even keep it from getting close enough to where the axe is a problem. but his earth control could certainly balance that out. if we assume his biology doesn't require water (not unreasonable i don't think) she can STILL do loads of damage in the right environment.
i still think i'd give him the majority, but it would be a fun match up.

It's in his nature to be immune to attacks of this nature. Galactus changed them in order for them to be protected from exactly these types of conditions. Terrax would gloat. The only thing that would save her are her fighting skills. Terrax should win the vast majority.

I agree with Stilt. WW is all over the place strength AND durability showing wise.
But back to Terrax. People are forgetting he has incredible space cheese feats : planet busting, existing inside a massive black hole for days/weeks while depowered, lifting the island of Manhattan and flinging it into space using his geokinesis, etc.. He's also taken on teams of heroes at a time, for example the New Warriors and Fantastic Four with anti-Terrax weapons designed by Reed. Yeah he also has low showings but what do you expect? He's a C-class villain.
I think he wins because a) he's overall more powerful than her and b) I don't think her best weapon (desiccation) would work on Terrax.
