Not really. People act like desiccation is some magic win button she'll just whip out at a moment's notice. It isn't. Especially against him.

He moves faster than her. Though. If they’re both bloodlusted he would probably win just off the fact he has that I can react and move faster than you. He legit intercepted both Mera and Ya’Wara before they could come to blows from a distance

That’s heavily contextual if that’s the case in my opinion. Given he wasn’t fighting her or expecting to be attacked and she wasn’t probably intending to attack him.
The only other instances I can think of is The Drowned turning Mera into a Deadwater and Aquaman fending off against her and Aquaman defending himself against Siren who he thought was Mera

How does that sync with her dehydrating Flash? Who I wager is also faster than her.

That’s a fair assessment I guess. But I could also bring up Aquaman and Zum in Morrison’s JLA run. Bloodlusted they’d both have ways to take each other out. I’d argue Mera should be slower on the draw because typical dehydration tends to involve her having to move her hands while all Aquaman has to do is think.

Yes, but Zum is explicitly shown to not be as fast as Wally in that very same story. He's fast, sure, but not Flash fast (Flash literally ran a lap over him).
OTOH, Mera cold-cocked the real deal.
