Elon Musk should be the last person to control Twitter, but now he does!

Elon is behaving like you would expect a corporate movie villain to behave.

Firing loads of important positions like content moderators, public policy, trust and safety, etc just a few days before an incredibly important election.

And people waking up and not being able to log in. Hell of a way to find out you're laid off.

There's probably only one party that will benefit from election chaos.

Republicans thrive on misinformation, the more misinformation, the better they do at the ballot boxes.

Musk said Twitter might file for bankruptcy.

😂

^ oh man, he ran it into the ground at light speed. 😂

This is hilarious...

What happens when you fire the people who were there to make sure accounts were valid.

Elon "The Smartest Man in the Room" Musk, as his fanboys like to call him, either paid WAAAYYY too much for Twitter, or he took a 44billion dollar company and drastically reduced its value in less than a month.

It was only valued at $8B, and it had $15B in debt. So he paid double, then made it worthless. He is not a genius, because he was born wealthy. That something his brain-dead followers consistently fail to realize with him, and Trump.

The yin yang of ****wits.

He paid way too much.

The theory was Twitter was > money.

What a buffoon. I'm glad this puts a massive dent in his image.

I guess the bots weren't so bad after all. Otherwise he'd be out there saying he got scammed and trying to sue for damages.

This article is one of the very most slanted I've ever seen on Fox. Can you imagine if your boss sold your company, the new boss came in and fired half the employees, and then sent out an email telling you you would have to work "long intense" hours to make up the difference or quit?

It is a nightmare situation for employees. **** Elon musk, and **** Fox for this article.

Oh boohoo....

These aren't people struggling to make a living... They are people with large six salary figures (even directly out of college) working for a company that is actively making the world a worse place. I'd applaud the collapse of Twitter if only I knew that something else and something very likely worse would take its place.

Again, eliminated half the work force, then demanded the other half work long, intense hours to make up the difference. I don't think I would need to say anything more to people who have grownup situations. The thought of that happening at my shop is incredibly stressful. If you disagree that that is terrible management, I don't know what to tell you, except you must be privileged.

They can always quit.

I never said it wasn't terrible management. In fact, I implied the opposite by mentioned "the collapse of Twitter". What I said was, I don't care that the people who work there are losing their jobs.
