It is clearly shown in the comic. And i find it funny that certain Superman fans act like he is the only hero that holds back. LOL like get real. The guy is nothing special in that regard. Most heroes hold back consstantly. They don't fight with all they got in every battle they are in. Because of moral codes and all that.

But her speed and durability shouldn't be affected. She still got tagged, right? Did she want to be tagged? If yes, then...ok. if no, then why would holding back affect her speed?
Then once she got tagged, did it hurt her? You can't 'hold back' your durability.

Wonder Woman outright admitted she was NOT fighting back. She just didn't fight back because she thought it would change Supergirl.
