Just re checked that scene. Kryptonite is repressing her immune system and she did transform her appearance
Then she made a statement about she beyond Kryptonite weakness, but Wonder Woman immediately stated Kryptonite has already hurt SG more than she realized. She later also made a statement about the Kryptonite is clouding her thoughts
So when considering the context, it can be interpreted as the Kryptonite is repressing her immune system rather than an amp. Especially she was actually hurt and weakened by Kryptonite right before her transformation

She goes from being on the ground, unable to really fight to speed blitzing and saying she is perfection, growing bigger, etc... seems pretty obvious

The comic portrayed her as taking a new form. Nothing suggests that wasn't the case. And nothing suggests she didn't overcome her weakness in that new state. That makes Superman's feat against her even better actually. So i don't know why you argue against it. All because i simply pointed out that Diana's performance against that SG wasn't bad, specially since Diana never went all out against her. That doesn't mean WW is as strong as Superman you know. I don't know why you are acting like SM's reputation is at risk here.
