This is actually a bigger feat if you go by OWAW. Superman states the Big Bang will spread Brainiac-13's consciousness will be spread over 60 trillion light-years in half a second. The real world observable universe is 93 billion light-years, so this half second period makes the very early DCU over 645 times bigger.

So the DCU being at least trillions of lightyears goes back at least that long. Really going by the real world universe expansion and adjusting for the 120 trillion lightyears in one second Big Bang, it's far beyond trillions of lightyears if we ignore the times it's been said to be infinite or a synonym for infinite.
