Im sorry but I know a woman who was gang raped which she got pregnant which she decided to have the pregnacy terminated and any one who says she should of had to hav the baby is stupid.

No no no. You're getting really baffled here.

You are wrong when you call it evil. Because it's actually nothing close. Evil is condemning a woman to give birth to a child, unwanted, and ruin both lives. When she could have terminated the CELLS and lived life as she was. THAT'S evil. And so are you for having that mentality.

Clovie, just because a baby is cute doesn't mean someone should have to have one if they don't want.

Botankus: lighting yourself on fire, well, if you want, go ahead. But if you do it in a place where someone could get injured, then and only then are you infringing on someone else's rights. Same with drinking -- if you want to do it, fine, but only if you get behind the wheel of a car while plastered or get in a fight are you actually infringing on someone else's rights.

With abortion, it effects 1 person. Maybe two. The woman, and possibly the father of the child. But most cases I've heard of abortion is where either the father left the woman because she was pregnant, or he didn't want a child.

Let women be able to decide. It doesn't affect you. Don't like it, don't have one. Simple as that. But let the choice be open for those who may want/need one.

Oh, and by the way, before anyone says "you've never spent time with little babies" to me, I have. I have a 3 and a half year old sister and two year old brother. I have cared for them since they were born. I know what babies are like probably better than anyone here that's not a parent.

True or False: After drinking 20 beers in public (which is legal) you and everyone else can be 100.0% positive that you won't get into a fight or behind the wheel of a car, even though you or anyone else would never think about doing it while sober.

That is legal, just like abortion-ish practices to your body. Point is, you don't know what the consequences are, will be, or could have been. You may think you do before hand (like in the alcohol example).

Again, I'm neither for or against abortion. I'm just against the "my body and I'll do whatever the hell I want to it and everyone can kiss my ass" attitude.

No....I'm not pregnant or anything, but I have no intent of having children anytime soon. I'm in college and sure as hell do not want to mess up my education. And I know that right now I would not be able to care for a child.

My point is, spending time with young children can show someone that they don't want or aren't ready for kids more than it'll show them that they DO want kids at that point.
