Except you don't know that. They could just be losing what would wind up to be a terrible life for them, and a child that they might not love. Not everyone who has kids WANTS them.

Well since it is no killing and since you have to sacrifice 9 months of your life and since you will be scared forever and since if it is still around it will always haunt your mind....I can see why a lot of people chose not to...if some do good for them but you can't really ask them to do that......

Plus it's hard to lose all that weight after pregnancy, you'd be rather overweight for quite a while.

My mother and father split up when I was 4......It didn't kill me not to see my mother for all those years....yes I was curious and yes we did hook up......so...............................at least she didn't kill me, cause my dad won custody. But that's another topic.
