"No, it's not. It's actually not. That's what you choose to believe. It's not though. Factually. Scientifically. Sensibly."
ok. so i believe so.
"If she wants support, let her choose to go and find support. That's the role of support lines and centres. IF the female wants the advice and support, SHE can go to THEM. Not the other way around, as you seem to believe."
we don't have many organisations like that. so getting to them is really hard.
"Coz they're shit, irrational, unrealistic and wrong."
thanks, love ya too
"You make zero sense. Seriously."
and you're making notign but sense
"Wasn't to you."
ok
"I'm NOT. I'm saying, the right decision for us AKA the ones not involved, is to let her choose what HER right decision is.
Why are you not getting these? You can't be this dense."
sure.
when have i said that i gonna go there and ban her from doing it? 🤨
"You seem to think this requires anyone other than the woman involved though."
yeah. her child

Besides the point. Still doesn't give you the right to play that part.

I never said you did. You just keep saying that she need to be told that there's other ways and stuff, why do you assume she doesn't know? Most woman do, and even IF she doesn't, IT IS NOT your place to be doing the informing.

No, stop that. It's not a child, it's cells. Fact.

@Lana
so ppl have right to kill everone who is not able to take care for themselves?

Why do most pro lifers here say that pro choicers would force the abortion? Just wondering.
coz i've in some book (facts based) about some girls who did that and WAS regretting.
and the last sory in the book was a bout a girl who resinged in the last second. and she was having her child and she was happy with it
That's just a handful of cases, though. There are many people who are much better off having had the abortion.
Not to mention that that book sounds to be terribly biased against abortion.
so ppl have right to kill everone who is not able to take care for themselves?
I didn't say that...I'm saying that the fetus cannot make the decision. C'mon Clovie, I know you're smarter than that....
Question. What would you do if someone you were friends with got pregnant and told you they were considering an abortion?
Originally posted by Lanamaybe. i don't know.

I've got 12 cases that counter that. Next.

Yes. We want her to utilise her choice. Be it to have the birth or have the abortion. Whatever she chooses is fine with us, because it's none of our business.

Good question...I think that they are so defencive about loosing the argument that they wont give an inch. Both sides.
Considering that I've single handedly terminated (ba-zing) every arguement that pro-lifers/anti-abortionists have thrown my way, I'd say there's no arguement you have.

I just wonder of the same people who don't give a damn about a child dying every 3rd second from starvation, are the same trying to make it illegal to have an abortion...
There are so many children in the world today that need our help. Face that fact. In many 3rd world countries an abortion could save an entire family.
And since we do not live in the best of all worlds – sometimes it’s better for the girl to NOT have a child. The boy walks out sometimes and THEN what? Wellfare single-mum, anyone?
Pension-savings for women are 20 % less than those of men – and guess why that is. Parent-leave!!
So as long as we don’t have a fair an equal society and world, where children don’t die of starvation, and women don’t get less in pay and pension because they go about being pregnant – I am all for abortions.
Heck, I had one. Without it I doubt I’d have got my masters degree and the cool job I have today. I decide when I want to have children – better for them – and sure as hell better for ME!
So before ANYONE goes ”poor baby gah gah” (a foetus is NOT a baby), I want to know what YOU do to save the children that are dying from starvation (One every 3 seconds)??

Very good points.
I'd like to point out that in the US, those who are pro-life are often the same people who are against welfare. So you'll force women to have children they don't want and can't afford but then be like "well, you had the kids, you're on your own!"
Bit hypocritical, that.
And TO, I commend you for the decisions you've made in your life, because obviously they were the right ones for you.

what the ****? they're not normal?
There are people in the US that are against welfare and think that everyone should fend for themselves....and 9 times out of 10 these are the same people who are pro-life and argue that abortion should be banned. Quite sad that they'll force someone to bring into the world a life they cannot afford to care for, but tell them that they shouldn't get any help.
Personally, I think it's a horribly hypocritical stance to have.

I’m sorry for the people in the US then.

If you don’t give young people proper sex-ed and the opportunity to terminate a pregnancy if a child is not wanted and don’t want to pay any wellfare how IS a single-mum suppose to survive???
“And TO, I commend you for the decisions you've made in your life, because obviously they were the right ones for you.”
Yes, indeed. For me. A pro-life person should NOT have an abortion, because it would seriously injure him/her/the couple emotionally. The main point is, that when I was 19 I was young, foolish, and you CAN’T tell human beings NOT to have sex. Might as well tell us not to breathe. It makes us sick – Freud said something along those lines.
Each to their own decisions. And each should respect the others viewpoints.
That is why abortion should be legal. Those of us who thinks like me can get an abortion. Those who thinks that it is wrong abstains from having them. If you make abortion illegal only one side get their way…
That is wrong, and it disrespects the views of me and those who thinks like me.
