Then how is contraception not abortion? The embryo only becomes human once its implanted?
The majority of contraception used prevents fertilisation. The more modern chemical contraceptive measures may or may not prevent implantation. However there's a distinction between the emergency contraception and abortifacients.

I'm referring to emergency contraception.
A pregnancy may begin upon implationation, but thats not what you're arguing. You're arguing embryos, which are formed upon fertalization. Emergency contraception prevents embryos form implanting, eventuallly leading to its expulsion form the body.

Are you saying I'm arguing embryos are aborted or "contraceived". Medically, prior to implantation it is contraception, post-implantation it is abortion. Therein lies the curiosity in referring to abortion as a "killing a human life"; miscarriage is medically a spontaneous abortion.
