The only thing impressive there is the life drain on a restrained phoenix who ran out of power, Polaris has done the same on Firestorm. He has controlled light to make Superman blind, drained Ray of his energy etc.Rest are parlor tricks compared to the things Polaris has done.
And i'd rate FS ahead of Magneto in energy manipulation.

Doctor Polaris is an Aquaman villain, he well deserves fading into obscurity.
Dr Polaris is a Hal Jordan GL enemy, not Aquaman.
Yes he's fought Aquaman in his solo series once (issues 40, 41) but he's also fought the Flash 3 times (Race against time, final night, and 3 of a kind- 3 of a kind was also a GL, GA team up) and the Titans twice.
Would hus double issue appearance in the Will Peyton Starman series (where Starman teamed up with PG) make him a Starman and Powergirl villain?
He fought Hal a dozen times in the SA run
3 in his modern era comic
He fought Kyle twice
And the Ray he's made 3 appearances in both his runs.

Tony used Jupiter's magnetic field to counter Mags. It let him get one shot in before Magneto dismantled the attack and began amping himself with power from "every planet within reach". Which is infinitely more impressive than Polaris sending some energy to Neptune with help from Kadabra.

I'm just using your own logic.
What's the logic I am using here?
Before you answer, to be clear, I am poking fun at Golgo's use of the Cyborg/GL fight as a high end showing for Polaris, when Cyborg actually beat him using his own power type. The main point is that the fight wasn't Polaris' high ends.
So again, what do your posts have to do with that convo? How are your posts using my logic? Did I bring up Magneto's fights against Doom and Iron Man?

I too rate Polaris above Tony and Doom.
Tony and Doom, (especially Doom) would drain Polaris of his power and place him in a time loop. Tony has tech that would turn this into a non contest. Power is meaningless after someone clever enough hacks it. As for this thread I’m undecided, as no one should ever take a stance believing that this would be easy for either of these characters. That’s just crazy talk.

Polaris has powered himself up with the magnetic core of the universe itself if we are talking about impressive feats.
There's some respect threads of Dr. Polaris.
