Ssj would qualify as standard equipment in versus. Same with serious mode saitama. WBH would not.

He already possess the body of alt Saitama.
He just needs not to hold back.
He will ALWAYS hold back unless he fights someone close to his level.
Holding back and being at a lower level are two different things.

What low showings? There are no low showings after chapter 169
Saitama always holds back. Do you have proof he gave something all his might and it was significantly lower than alt Saitama?

Just remembered this thread. Latest OPM is out.....guess Garou explicitly states he's not at his full level and needs to undergo the same fights in order to reawaken his power.
