We’d have to go by his fights with similar opponents though. Lobo is the closest example up to a point at least. They were pretty much equals.

Superman’s first fight with Lobo nearly ended with him dying, but in a later confrontation, Superman easily shows that he’s simply on another level than Lobo. Superman holds back, but against Doomsday, he had to go all out.

I really don’t see much more than a one shot happening here if Superman is going all out.

I believe that Superman while holding back has great fights with characters like Power Girl, Wonder Woman, Lobo, Orion, Martian Manhunter, etc. I’d have to be convinced that any of those characters would have been able to solo guys like Rogol Zaar, Doomsday, or Imperiex.

It boils down to the mind frame that Superman is in? Holding back, or all out?

All out is a one shot.

What is Shazam going all out on a non magically protected character though? Outside of his battle with Superman, who else has he shown to go up against while going all out? I mentioned Lobo, do you recall any other battles?

I feel you were just messing around with Abhi, but there always is a chance that something I might've overlooked.

Did there really exist some scans which prove Superman was amped in that scene?

I mean, I just read the entire arc in TPB format to be sure, and I didn't find anything that proves Superman was amped

To be fair, Abhi is far from the only guy guilty of such thing. He just does it more often than most with not even a bit of any shame 😛
