I’ve only ever seen Shazam and Supes “fight” once and that was Injustice when Supes burned a hole through his skull with heat vision. Not sure how accurate that was but Shazam just stood there and died. 😬

Interesting. Because she took a blast from that same superman before. And unless i'm missing something. That Superman was amped. WW was never goinmg all out, as she said so herself. She didn't go God mode. But anyway. Back to shazam. What feats put curent version above Post Crisis version?

Supes and Cap have fought quite a few times and the record is even split.

All Star Squadron 36/37 ish e2 pre crisis Supes from 42 fights a cap controlled by Hitler courtesy of the spearnof destiny. First punch caught supes by surprise then pretty even.

All New Collectors' Edition #58 another fight

Jla 137 not a real fight but the cover made you think it was. It was morenlike they ran into each other.

In POS 46 or so there was an issue where they were made to see each other as their enemies and fight.

There were a couple issues of DC comics presents IIRC.

Then there was the one where Eclipso possessed Superman and fought Cap trying to make Cap cut loose so he could take him (something about caps magical body being a better vessel for eclipso)

There was the time the animated series Cap KOd Supes with a magical punch (lightning backed) which isn't canon.

Then there was Kingdom Come

Then injustice.

All that is excluding the 3 or 4 fights with Capt Thunder who was a knock off of Capt Marvel. Only one of those that comes to mind is Superman 276 IIRC.

Eclipso Superman almost killed Cap in Eclipso the darkness within.

So both held back then. And how is shazam being faster in new 52 related to his strength and his overall raw power compared to post crisis? what evidence is there that proves he is stronger now?

Possibly yes, Black Adam actually affected Prime with his punches which he could not post Crisis.
