Superman, while completely powerless, defeated MAer Kobra in h2h combat. That kind of (Donald) Trumps any skill showing Herc has. 🙂

Kobra is skilled enough to match Mr. Terrific, who mastered about 10 martial arts himself. Also saw scans of Batman and The Outsiders facing down Kobra forces, so bet they fought at least once.
