But my question is, if there isn't actually any evidence that he was trafficking/raping, how can the prosecution use his online rants to charge him with anything? He could easily go the "comedic satire" route with that stuff couldn't he?

Obviously it's meant as 'extra ammo' to build the case against him and not the foundation of the case. If there's literally zero abuse, rape and/or sex trafficking, then he's going to walk free, as he should.
