Who knows maybe he gets to legit brag next year once we see Gunn's DC Universe. If not he can carry on pretend bragging.

Looks good to me

apparently there's people online sayin "he doesn't look happy.. its Snyder all over again etc". If you look at the picture seems like he's just been in a fight.

Nah. This Superman is just sloven, wait til you see his Fortress of Solitude...

Gunn's a solid choice, good director and look what he did with The Suicide Squad.

What you didnt like the dancing villain in the first one ?

Tbh I think his better work was on the Peacemaker show.

Peacemaker was a fun blast start to finish.

The Suicide Squad continues to be gold with repeat viewings.

Peacemaker is great as well. Would be fun to revisit it.

I can't believe it: there may actually be a Superman movie that I'm interested in.

To be fair, I liked Man of Steel initially, but when I tried to watch it again a few years later it wasn't good at all.

A bit opposite with me. First time I felt like as much as Superman Returns avoided action, MOS over compensated that criticism by overdoing the action.

That said caught a good portion of the first half on Tv the other day, and it was pretty good shrug

Returns could have been better if they didn't use another Lex Luthor maniacal real estate plot.

They were smart to make it a direct sequel to Superman II, ignoring Superman 3-4.

🙄

I admit that I'm petty

^^^I can totally respect that.

There’s nothing as eye roll inducing as a person who behaves a certain way and then feigns ignorance when someone points that behavior out.

I was the opposite. Didn't like it when it was released but compared to everything else with Cavill Supes that came after it, it looks like a masterpiece.

That's a fair point. I haven't seen it since BvS and Justice League and whatnot. It would probably hold up better than those.

I'm also just not a Superman fan. It's just not a very interesting character to me.

Superman is more interesting as a villain (like Homelander in The Boys).

^^^I think he makes for such an interesting villain (and he does), because he’s such a good hero.

Ignorance or not, Its getting to the point where its just beating a dead horse over the subject.

YouTube video

That flashback edit somehow makes "Krypton had its chance" sound even more sincere than it was otherwise. 😂

the lanterns series is finally happening...

So apparently the plot involves

Spoiler:
Luthor creating a Superman clone called Ultraman that deteriorates into Bizzaro and goes rogue...

Spoiler:
I'm so ****ing sick of the villains almost always being some sort of evil-Kryptonian or Luthor. I guess Bizzaro will be somewhat different... But, god dammit, I want Brainiac already!
