I failed to see how this disputed my argument? Nobody is saying the fight between Hulk and Thor wasn't threatening the universe.
But it doesn't really necessarily mean Hulk was the one who largely/directly contributing to destroy the universe. Since his opponent, who was beating he, is the one who showed he alone was capable of destroying it.
It's like saying, a guy with a giant hammer is beating the shit out of you and is going to destroy your room. Then your roomate described this story, beginning with "if the room is going to survive today.....", it doesn't necessarily mean you have any worth noting part in the room destroying in terms of capability. Since it is going to be performed by the other guy alone and he is beating you around
