Even the most powerful Hulk attack is only planetary level which we know even random red Lantern can tank easily. Hal kills hulk in one blast just like he did to a sun eater lol.

But from what gained from a speed reading, the exact sentence was questioning whether the universe is going to survive this day.
But again, Hulk wasnt mentioned as to directly contribute to it. From all we know, it also could be referring Gamma Thor was going to destroy reality, whom proved to be superior to Hulk

Disagree. If the statement was said during the time it was happening, then I would agree with this, but it was said during the beginning of the comic and it was said during a time they were discussing Hulk and Thor fight.
Also, none of this matters since he was using Hulks power to achieve these fts, AND Banner caged the beast which stopped Hulk rage and power amping abilities.
