This indictment is beyond damning, even some Republicans are not trying to cover for Trump this time. The ones that are use deflections like "But her emails!" instead of claiming Trump didn't do it. Read the 49 page indictment if you must.
Now will he actually be found guilty despite the mountain of evidence, including Trump on tape bragging about it? Maybe not, only takes one Trumper on the jury of twelve to shit on justice.

Just staring the obvious here; If the entire defense of Trump from right wing outlets and Trump himself is that he was able to dexclassify any documents by thinking about it, then aren't they contradicting themselves with the whatabouism with Joe Biden? I mean, he's president right now, by their own logic he's president and therefore any documents in his possession are declassified.
