Sounds like you're often constipated and it gave you hemorrhoids. Eat better, add more fiber to your diet. Apples is a very easy way to do that.

If you have hemorrhoids, then you should have them removed. If you just take pain killers and ignore them, then they will continue to cause you problems. They either will not go away, or they will but will be recurrent. Better to just remove them completely, and go on with your life.
