Duh, nobody can kill Superman permanently, he's a hero and posterboy... Despero should be able to easily do it, considering his powers and feats. His telepathy makes Martian Manhunter do the lambada if he so wishes. He could put Supes in a perpetual state of him thinking that he's getting a BJ from Lois while actually getting penetrated by Despero's big red schlong
