Blast and dodge, he likes to lock arms with his opponent like in wrestling. When he does, he amps and fries whoever is on the other end. His durability is quite impressive, as he tanked a hammer hit to the head from Thor which dented his head.
So are people arguing their interpretation of Full Capacity (like Stoic) or are they arguing their interpretation of comics (like carver)?
Against Stoic, it's easy. He wants to bring every single thing that Surfer has done, every single power etc- then it's only fair Orion +Lightray +2 Motherboxes do, too.
Against carver, it's even easier, as he hasn't read comics.
