👌🏾... I'll just use this in a debate going forward.

Does it say flying or leaping?

Does the text explicitly say his leaps seem like flying (so not actually flying)?

Let me know.

Im literally saying I'm going to use him jump turning in a debate going forward. We are on the same page.

I will also be using it going forward 👆

Mostly as evidence of the shit Carver is willing to say 👆

That you are an idiot? Sure.

Carver means to say that you're both on page 9 of this thread.

I already gave evidence. You just don't want to accept it.

No, you didn't. You've given no on-panel evidence showcasing that it's impossible for Orion to fly without the astro harness. There are plenty of examples of Orion flying without the harness. All you've done is bitch about how those feats don't count anymore. Then, when evidence is presented that ALL of Orion's history is acceptable and canon, you, again, have no answer.

Btw, don't characters come into fights with their standard equipment? I would argue Orion's astro harness is just as standard for him as the surfboard is for SS or Mjolnir is for Thor.

But regardless of all of that... I'll be more charitable than anyone else has been to you in this thread. For the sake of argument, I'll just grant you that Orion CANNOT fly without the astro harness. The most impressive part of the scan I showed of him following around Black Racers wasn't the flying. It was the fact that he was able to track, trace, and PERCEIVE where Black Racer was flying. Orion easily has the speed/reflexes to be able to ward off any speedblitz attempt from Gladiator. Gladiator has no hope, and his confidence would wane throughout the fight.

Orion wins.

I am just waiting for the inevitable threads where Hulk can gracefully pirouette through the air, and this somehow translates into an unbeatable battle tactic lol.

A wild Philo appears.

It's mostly off panel, but this is what Hulk's opponents see when they fight him off the ground:

It's what happens between the 5th and 6th panel here:

And it's a bit blurry, but if you squint you can also see him flailing in the 1st panel here:

Ah but can Orion do a Raygun like that?

Checkmate.

Orion broke his back the last time he tried moves so risky.

It's the origin of why he wears the astro harness every time now.

If Dark could understand the difference between flying and jumping, they'd be very upset

Tell me which panel has him flying:

1,2,3,4 or 5? Lemme know.

Sadly, Orion only use disks now. I don't think either of us are dumb enough to think Hulk and Orion could fly even though both of them have done so in the past...

This panel.

This is a retarded hill to die on. Even for carver.

Especially retarded of Carvy as it was already explained that it only seems like flying, but is actually jumping lol:

Even when characters say it's flying, they're shown to be wrong - IOW, narration trumps artist error and character statements ( although Carver, double standards hypocrite that he is, usually says he doesn't use character statements):

So again, Carver, for maybe the third time, tell me in which panel is it said to be flying?

1,2,3,4 or 5?

Lolz. Brutal.

Bump.

Him needing disks to fly is proof. If he didn't need them, he wouldn't use them.

Your arrogance and ego keep you from realizing the failure of your argument. I explicitly asked for proof Orion lost the ability to fly. I can show you proof Thor had lost time magick when Immortus tricked him. All you've done is make a case writers forgot about the power. Not he lost it.

So either you're really stupid and don't understand this, or you're blatantly lying and really stupid to think you'll trick me. Which is it?

Either you show proof that Orion actually lost it, not evidence writers forgot it, or concede. Or I'll start donkey punching you in addition to giving you the struggle snuggle. And everyone knows you can't risk losing more brain cells.

"Lowball" doesn't even begin to describe what you did there, lol. The size of the DC universe is canonically at least 200 TRILLION light years. So instead of using 46.5 billion, you actually need to use 100 trillion to get your massively disrespectful, low-end figure as intended. 👆

Oh I'm aware if all this. And even going by that it's a lowball, both because there's plenty of examples of the DCU being infinite, and he traveled from NEW GENESIS to Earth. So he'd have to travel the distance between New Genesis and the multiverse, then through the multiverse, then through the universe to Earth.

But even with this massive massive lowball of just half the distance of the real observable universe and Orion wrecks Gladiator worse than a chomo in a prison shower.
