And this goes back to what was mentioned. If we can accept this, why can't we accept WW being faster than Superman? It was said by one of the most intelligent beings in DC.

Because, like it explained to you many times before, the scan you're referring really doesn't necessarily mean Diana is faster in terms of pure speed

It's just she is more skilled, so she can "cheat" in some areas.

Like I said before, precisely it's because skilled can "cheat" in some situations that require speed, so Diana isn't really faster than Kal-El, not in raw speed.

Do you have any inducation that Mongul landing the shot first was a result of him being faster rather than because he was closer other than Batman's statement since Batman can be wrong?

Do you have any indication that Batman saying Diana is faster than Superman is based on any actual evidence? At least Mongul was shown faster in action, all Diana has is a statement.
