We don't have singer directing X3 anymore and there is a different story/screenplay so I expect something other than the suggested ideas happening in X3. With the larger group of X-Men making their appearance in the next film I suspect they will all have a hand in the defeat of the Phoenix. Vaughn has continuously claimed the following:

"There are three or four scenes where I know people are going to be shocked and close to tears."

With that said, my theory is that Phoenix may kill one or more of the members of the X-Men during the film's climax. Also since Marsden is going to have a small role in X3 he may be one of the lives that the Phoenix claims in the film. Pure fan speculation of course.

what about Juggy? and Sentinels?

I doubt there will be any Sentinels, and there is plenty of film and story left for Juggy and the X-Men since it appears the Phoenix saga will not be the major point of the film.

I see it being more of a Lord of the Rings type thing.Sacrafices will be made but I doubt they'll go against the grain that much and off away the a fair number of xmen

My best bet are the characters that are minor and not pivotal to the story or films, with the exception of Cyclops of course.
